
Battling hair fall? Causes and Its preventions
Today one of the major issues people of all generations are facing is hair fall. This is affecting people worldwide. Losing 50-100 strands daily is considered natural as it is part of the natural hair growth cycle. However excessive hair fall is an issue of concern and also indicate some underlying problem that needs to be found. Every individual has his/her own reason for the hair fall hence it has to be treated differently. While some may have to opt for the cure medically for others natural remedies or change of location can be of help.
Let’s now discuss the few causes of hair fall:-
1. Hormonal Imbalance:- This is the most common cause of hair fall. With increase in hormonal disorders among men and women hair fall is at rise. Women face the same during pregnancy, menopause, thyroid, PCOD, PCOS however men experience the same with thyroid, depression, weight gain and many more. These imbalances can cause long term or temporary hair fall problems.
2. Genetic:- Another common cause of hair fall is Genetics which also means hereditary hair loss. 3. Stay patient and reduce your level of stress by exercise, deep breathing and yoga.
4. Stay away from excessive Alcohol and smoking.
Like we say prevention is better option however when there is excessive hair fall one has to opt for medical treatments.
